Lacey's passion and drive to provide innovative solutions to promote a solidified business culture sets her apart, and is demonstrated through her work. Working in the male dominated blue collar industry, Lacey champions feeling heard and understood in the workforce. A self-labelled straight shooter, Lacey is approachable and personable, from conducting investigations in abattoirs, to jumping on the tools in a processing factory, completing observance shifts with subcontractors, and most recently ride-along trips in linehaul trucks. Lacey has always approached HR by seeking to understand the workforce and her clients are in from the ground up.
