Lacey Riesenweber

Owner & Director of LJ Culture Co.

Owner & Director, Lacey Riesenweber believes it's essential to lead with strength and understanding in order to make informed decisions that are not only fair and reasonable, but also competitive and strategic for your business. Lacey's passion and drive to provide innovative solutions to promote a solidified business culture sets her apart, and is demonstrated through her work. Working in the male dominated blue collar industry, Lacey champions feeling heard and understood in the workforce. A self-labelled straight shooter, Lacey is approachable and personable, from conducting investigations in abattoirs, to jumping on the tools in a processing factory, completing observance shifts with subcontractors, and most recently ride-along trips in linehaul trucks. Lacey has always approached HR by seeking to understand the workforce and her clients are in from the ground up.
